Our crushers can produce a 3/4" sized material from the following at a rate of 300 tons an hour

·        Concrete

·        Rock

·        Asphalt

·        Brick 

·        Block

 

For example, we are able to crush hammered or blasted rock into a 2" minus product which we can run through our 3 product screener where we can produce: 1/2" minus with stone dust, 3/4" stone, and 1" to 2" stone. By crushing onsite we are able to produce roughly 2500 tons of usable material a day. At $20 a ton that is $50,000 worth of material! Not to mention the savings on trucking the original material out and trucking the new material in from the quarry.
